CRIDEF’s focus is majorly on family planning, health rights, HIV/AIDS education and support to communities through individual counseling and education, support group, information drives, trainings and workshops, condoms distribution, referrals to other community based service providers.
With the integration of Human Rights Based Approaches, CRIDEF has programs that provide support on STI’s, VCT among communities, campus and out of school youth, long term follow ups, effective referrals for medication among others. This is further incorporated with sensitization on sanitation and hygiene including food hygiene, hygiene of environmental surfaces and care for those that are most at risk like children, the sick, PLHIV, the elderly among others.
